3 ground floor bedrooms each with twin beds, a spacious wardrobe with shelves and stunning mountain views. The single beds can be put together if required.
1 enclosed mezzanine bedroom with twin beds and a clothes rail, restricted head height, accessed by steep stairs from the living area.

On the first floor there is a toilet with wash hand basin. On the ground floor there is another toilet with wash hand basin, a separate shower room with wash hand basin, cupboards and heated towel rail and a separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower, heated towel rail and wash hand basin with cupboards.
Kitchen:
There is a full size dishwasher, full size oven with extractor hood, hob, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave, plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils for 10 guests. There is also a small freezer situated in the washing machine area.
Open plan Living Area:
The living area contains a dining area with table and chairs and a sitting area with two large sofas, a coffee table, flat screen TV with UK satellite and French digital channels, CD player, DVD player with a huge collection of DVDs, board games and a collection of paperbacks.
Outside
There is an extended balcony, which wraps around the chalet and offers fantastic views of the Belledonne mountain range. There is a wooden garden table and six wooden chairs provided, which make dining outside a pleasure.

Accessibility The property is located about 20m from the Clos du Pre drag lift and The Ozzie bar / l'Hors Piste Hotel / restaurant and is a very short distance from the resort centre where you can find a supermarket, bars and further restaurants. It is not suitable for the elderly or anybody with mobility restrictions as all the chalets in this area are located on a hillside setting accessed by either steps or a steep path, |
