Skiing
Oz connects directly to two main skiing areas which are popular with both skiers and snowboarders alike. There are a wide range of slopes to satisfy beginners through to advanced skiers and a variety of lift passes available. The ski school is in the village or lessons can be arranged in advance through  the Ski School website

Skis can be ordered
from any of the local ski hire shops, la Cabanea ski, Sport 2000, Skimium, 2gSports or Ski Set.

Ski passes can be researched and ordered in advance for collection at Oz ticket office located by the Poutran lift.

Oz-en-Oisans / Vaujany (1,125m - 2,800m)
Oz/Vaujany skiing area is an ideal area for beginers and intermediate skiers, with pistes totaling 70km. A gentle return to the resort is assured on the Blue Chevrreuils run, great for children, beginners and those with weary legs. There is a ski pass deal just for the Oz-Vaujany area alone and it offers more than enough challenge for many intermediate skiers whose legs tire after the first few days of skiing.
Festive Season
There is a magical ESF (ski school) organised, Father Christmas led, torchlight decent for the children over the Christmas period followed by hot chocolate or hot wine. Children and parents love this event. A firework display extravaganza on New Year's Eve rivals any fireworks display organised in the Alpes.
