Oz connects directly to two main skiing areas which are popular with both skiers and snowboarders alike. There are a wide range of slopes to satisfy beginners through to advanced skiers and a variety of lift passes available. The ski school is in the village or lessons can be arranged in advance through the Ski School website
Skis can be ordered from any of the local ski hire shops, la Cabanea ski, Sport 2000, Skimium, 2gSports or Ski Set.
Ski passes can be researched and ordered in advance for collection at Oz ticket office located by the Poutran lift.
Other winter activities
There are a wide range of other winter activities available for skiers and non skiers including Nordic (Cross country) skiing, snow shoeing, ice climbing, dog sledding to name but a few.

There is a drag lift at the back of the chalet and when conditions allow, it is possible to ski directly back to the chalet There are nursery slopes in the village itself as well as at the higher stations.
